Beyond any shadow of a doubt this is the best Less Than Jake album I own. The other albums I own as of 9/29/99 are losers, kings and things that we don't understand and hello rockview. I listen to music while I am doing any kind of work (especially school work in class) and this is the album that I listen to the most. It and Quantiy is Job 1 by Five Iron Frenzy are my 2 favorite ska/skacore albums.

Losing Streak is a mix of punk style vocals, guitar, drums and bass mixed with 3rd wave style brass that every ska fan I know loves. Less Than Jake is also pretty popular among the normal kiddies for reasons I can't really understand since most of them don't like ska or punk.

Like most Less Than Jake albums, Losing Streaks is very cheap. After hearing Losing Streak and seeing how little it costs compared to most bands as good as them I know they aren't sell outs! Anyone who calls them sellouts after hearing this album is a lamer. One of the best songs on this cd is "Johnny Quest Thinks We're Sellouts." I dare anyone who thinks that LTJ are sellouts to show me another band as good as them who charges so little for their albums.

This album is a really good buy if you like Ska, Skacore or Punk. Losing Streak is an incredible album and is sure to cheer you up, especially if you are sitting in a boring class and need something |<00L to listen to. I find it to be good music to do Spanish and English work by. Nothing like having bitchin ska/skacore/punk like LTJ when you have a shit load of work to do.
