Skacore has produced such sellouts as the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and No Doubt, but finally we have a Skacore band that has stayed true to its roots. Less Than Jake has ALWAYS been Skacore and they are not sellouts. Every album by them that I have heard is really good, and unlike most bands, their albums are real cheap. LTJ doesn't sound like any other band, and they have also influenced dozens of other skacore bands. None of their songs are political as far as I know, so none of it should piss off the lefties or righties. They are probably the only good "mainstream" skacore band, and with good reason they are the only skacore band which is not only good at what they do, but is also dedicated towards making great music.
